Cook Position  (Hiring multiple candidates) 

location:  Various Locations in the Boston Area 

Pay Rate: $22-24/hr

Department: Hospitality Division

Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and motivated Cooks for temporary positions in the hospitality industry. This role involves preparing and cooking meals in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments while maintaining food quality and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have a vehicle to commute to and from work.

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipe specifications and client requirements.

  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service, working collaboratively with kitchen staff.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation and kitchen areas.

  • Assist with inventory and food preparation for special events and daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cook, preferably in hospitality or high-volume kitchens.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including nights and weekends).

Prep Cook Position  (Hiring multiple candidates) 

Location: Various Locations in the Boston area.

Pay Rate: $20-23/hr 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. The Prep Cooks will assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and assist in meal preparation.

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high standards.

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.

  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.

  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.

  • Step in for the Executive Chef when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Prep Cook or similar role.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServeSafe certification preferred).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
