Cook Position (Hiring multiple candidates)
location: Various Locations in the Boston Area
Pay Rate: $22-24/hr
Department: Hospitality Division
Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and motivated Cooks for temporary positions in the hospitality industry. This role involves preparing and cooking meals in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments while maintaining food quality and adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities:

Must have a vehicle to commute to and from work.

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipe specifications and client requirements.

Ensure timely and efficient meal service, working collaboratively with kitchen staff.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation and kitchen areas.

Assist with inventory and food preparation for special events and daily operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook, preferably in hospitality or high-volume kitchens.

Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including nights and weekends).

Prep Cook Position (Hiring multiple candidates)
Location: Various Locations in the Boston area.
Pay Rate: $20-23/hr
We are seeking a talented and experienced Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. The Prep Cooks will assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and assist in meal preparation.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high standards.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.

Maintain inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.

Step in for the Executive Chef when needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Prep Cook or similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServeSafe certification preferred).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
